Wow, it took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated but my 3rd book, The TurnKey Investor’s “Subject To” Mortgage Handbook (TKI-STMH) is finally released on June 2, 2005. I had wanted to have it released in May but the printers caused some delays which pushed it in to June.
The good news is that it is finally out. I had the opportunity to send complimentary copies to many of my investor friends and supporters. I wanted to make sure they were the first to receive it even before the customers received them to thank them. I did it in a stealthy way without telling them. I am now getting emails from many of them thanking me for the surprise.
All in all, it is a great feeling to have a book that I have been working on go from idea to final product.
