\"Roy<\/a>It looks like this week, everyone will get to hear the verdict on the now $54 million frivilous lawsuit by “Judge” Roy Pearson vs. Custom Cleaners.<\/p>\n

As I had said previously, this has got to be one of the stupidest lawsuits I have ever seen.\u00a0 It is truly outrageous and really abuses the legal system.\u00a0 The lawsuit is over a stupid pair of dry-cleaned pants which Pearson refuse to take back or accept payment for.<\/p>\n

The sense of entitlement by Roy Pearson is nothing short of ridiculous and abusive.\u00a0 Talk about self-destructive.\u00a0 He has managed to become the laughing stock of the legal world.\u00a0 It is bad enough if an attorney was to engage in this.\u00a0 But here, this guy is a judge and taxpayers are paying his salary?\u00a0 Are you kidding me?<\/p>\n

There is no doubt Roy Pearson has outraged many people.\u00a0 He is going to portray himself as a hero for consumer rights.\u00a0 Sure, we believe that one.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I think the judge of the case is going to be on the hotseat on this one.\u00a0 If Judge Bartnoff does not reprimand Pearson and she does not deliver a verdict that is “reasonable”, all hell is going to break loose.\u00a0 Public outrage will definitely happen and I will be doing my part on this blog to condemn Pearson and the ruling.<\/p>\n

I truly hope Judge Bartnoff does the “right” thing.\u00a0 I have my fingers crossed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
